Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs) may submit proposed rules to the Authority on or after January 1, 2022.
The OWMA created this document to provide recommendations to PROs on upcoming rule creation responsibilities and to share the reasoning and key principles of these recommendations with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) and the Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority (the Authority).
