York1
Frank Mora serves as President of the Environmental Division at YORK1, leading strategy and operations across integrated waste management, soil processing, and environmental services throughout Southern Ontario. He is responsible for advancing operational performance, disciplined growth, and the strategic development of collection and processing assets.
With over a decade of hands-on leadership experience operating waste collection and processing facilities, Frank has strengthened performance through execution-focused management, rigorous safety and compliance standards, and service-driven operational discipline. Under his direction, YORK1’s environmental platform has expanded its roll-off and front-end collection operations, increased processing capacity, and broadened its geographic presence through both strategic acquisitions and greenfield growth initiatives. He has played a direct role in acquisition sourcing, due diligence, integration planning, and capital deployment, ensuring disciplined returns and operational alignment across the portfolio. His leadership emphasizes structured oversight, measurable performance metrics, and scalable operating systems that support long-term enterprise value.
Frank holds credentials from Humber College and resides in the Greater Toronto Area. He is married with two children and a dog.
