The diverse make-up of our membership, which crosses both the private and public sectors, provides our association with unique insight into policy development and allows us to have a more effective and unified role in the public policy process. Policy Process

W2RO works with more than 140 member volunteers on 14 issue-specific committees to review legislative and regulatory proposals, and develop sound policy positions and responses to the government.

The work that these committees undertake keeps W2RO at the forefront of the public policy debate on waste management issues in Ontario.
