Adam Kent leads the Operations department at U-Pak Group of Companies and serves on its Senior Leadership Team. With 25 years in the transportation and waste sectors, Adam started his career as a truck mechanic and steadily advanced into leadership roles across both industries. He’s deeply committed to U-Pak’s vision of a zero-waste future – where every resource is recovered and reclaimed before anything reaches landfill.
A people-first leader, Adam believes in empowering teams through collaboration, shared success, and the discovery of individual strengths. Before entering the industry, he studied music in college and toured as a professional musician. These days, life off the road looks a little different – Adam and his wife are raising five kids, so his spare time is filled with coaching, chauffeuring, and navigating the never-boring world of teenage drama.
